    CosmetiCredit is a patient finance company that works directly with patients and their providers. We are not an agent or broker and we work directly with Banks, so you can be assured of high quality customer service. CosmetiCredit offers financing for all cosmetic surgery procedures including liposuction, breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, orthodontics, dermatology, dentistry, and hair replacement. We also provide financing for other elective medical procedures such as fertility, vision, and bariatric surgery.

    Why should I use CosmetiCredit instead of my regular Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card?

    With CosmetiCredit medical financing, patients can preserve their credit cards and cash for unexpected expenses. CosmetiCredit offers a variety of payment plan options to suit your financial needs.

    How do I apply?

    It is easy to apply with CosmetiCredit. You can apply online and you will find out approval immediately. You may also choose to apply by downloading and printing an application and either fax it to us at (888) 502-8030 or bringing it with you to your provider’s office.

    May I apply with a co-applicant?

    Ther are no co-applicant options, it is an authorized user option or a seperate application.

    What kind of information will I need to apply?

    We will ask you for your social security number, residential address, employment, and income as well as your provider’s name and phone number and procedure date. Please include an email address and phone number where we could reach you at. Please remember that your information is kept strictly confidential at CosmetiCredit.

    What sources of income should I list?

    Sources of income can include, but are not limited to, job income, rental income, spouses income, social security, money from a trust, and child support. You do not have to tell us about alimony, child support or separate maintenance income unless you want us to consider them when we review your application.

    How long will it take to know whether I am approved or not?

    Once you have submitted your application, an applicant will be notified of an approval within minutes.

    Once I’m approved, what do I need to do?

    Once you are approved, please call us immediately at (888) 502-8085. An account representative will discuss which payment plan option is best suited for you. Two forms of ID will be required, one of which needs to be a state or federal government issued photo identification such as a driver’s license, passport, or state identification card.

    Where is CosmetiCredit accepted?

    CosmetiCredit is accepted by healthcare providers nationwide.

    If I want to get another procedure done in the future, will I have to apply again if I have available credit?

    No. Please call us at (888) 502-8085 and if you have available credit, you may make another purchase for any other elective medical procedures.
